We decided to sell our ocean view home in Pismo Beach and move to the Santa Clarita area in order to be closer to most of our grandchildren. When we found the right place for us I think it was kind of an instant AHA moment for all three of us. Her negotiating skills and knowledge of dealing with our builder really became obvious as we moved through the process, she worked hard to get us the most bang for our buck.
